Comics Connection is a community dedicated to helping comic creators build successful comic businesses.
We are seeking a talented Community Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.
As a Community Manager, you will play a role in building and nurturing a vibrant community of comic book creators, aspiring entrepreneurs, and industry professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to engage, encourage communication, and provide valuable resources to our community members. Your work will foster an environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community across various platforms, including forums, social media channels, and virtual events. Foster meaningful conversations, address inquiries, and encourage participation in discussions related to comic book business education.
Community Support: Provide timely and accurate support to community members, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical issues. Foster a positive and inclusive environment by promoting respectful communication and managing conflicts if they arise.
Community Growth: Implement strategies to attract and grow our community, including outreach campaigns, partnerships, and referral programs. Monitor key performance indicators and track community growth and engagement metrics.
Requirements:
Strong passion for creators, entrepreneurship, and education.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in community management or a related field.
Familiarity with various social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation is a plus.
Time commitment of ten (10) hours per week
